Information you provide
When you request an estimate, EVERFLOORING receives your name, preferred contact method and contact details, project information, optional photos or plans, and any requested visit date. Business enquiries may include your company name and project schedule. Please share only information needed to discuss the work.
How it is used
We use this information to review your project, contact you, prepare an estimate and manage the requested work. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Storage and access
Project requests are stored in this website’s database. Uploaded files are stored separately and are accessible through protected owner routes. The owner dashboard requires authenticated access. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure.
Project notifications
New project requests are saved in the owner dashboard and included in email notifications to the business owner. Automatic confirmation emails to customers are not sent.
Technical website information
This website does not collect visitor analytics, create visitor identifiers or send browser activity events. The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. We may review those existing technical records when troubleshooting.
Optional visitor analytics and browser event collection were discontinued on October 13, 2026. Previously collected records are not extended or added to by current visits, and expired optional analytics are excluded from reports.
Browser storage and external links
The planner uses this browser tab’s session storage to pass quantities into the request form. Contact information is not saved there. Links to Instagram open that service only when you choose them; Instagram has its own privacy practices. Owner sign-in may use authentication cookies provided by the platform.
Retention and your choices
Project information is kept for follow-up and project administration. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Archived requests remain stored until they are deleted through an appropriate process. Owner exports are manual copies; this site does not promise an independently scheduled backup service.
