BEFORE YOU REQUEST AN ESTIMATE
[ ] Photograph each room from a wide angle.
[ ] Add close-ups of existing flooring, transitions, stairs and visible problems.
[ ] Avoid including people, private documents or identifying household details.
[ ] Measure room length and width if possible. It is fine to be unsure.
[ ] Count stairs and note landings.
[ ] Find the selected flooring product name and instructions, if available.
[ ] Note whether materials are purchased.
[ ] List removal, baseboard and subfloor questions.
[ ] Note preferred timing, contact method and a convenient contact time.

BEFORE WORK STARTS — AGREE WITH US
[ ] Confirm the scope, estimate and what is included.
[ ] Discuss site access and coordination with other trades.
[ ] Agree on furniture, appliance and fragile-item arrangements.
[ ] Discuss pets, occupants and safe access around the work.
[ ] Confirm removal, disposal, floor preparation and finishing responsibilities.
[ ] Keep the flooring manufacturer's care and maintenance instructions.

Planning quantities are approximate. Site conditions, product requirements,
and final measurements may change the scope. A requested visit date is not
a confirmed appointment until we confirm it.
